Answers before you write.

I did not get my sign-in code

The code comes on WhatsApp. Check the number is right, country code included, and look in your archived chats. If nothing arrives in two minutes, request a new one.

Still nothing? Send us the number and we will check the delivery log.

My rank went down

That is the ladder working. Win rate is one of the five things your rank is built from, and it is the only one that can fall. Lose enough and you drop a rung.

The other four only go up, so a run of wins puts it back.

My skill claim has been sitting there

It needs six yeses from six different players, each from a match you both confirmed. That takes a few weeks of normal play. You can have three claims open at once.

If you have a coach, they can pass it in one go.

My gear listing has not gone live

Photos are checked before a listing goes up, usually in under a minute. If it is stuck on "checking" for hours, something failed on our side. Write to us and we will push it through.

If it came back "not approved", the photos and the description did not match, or it was not badminton kit. Re-shoot it and try again.

I was charged and I do not have Pro

Store purchases can take a minute to land. Close and reopen the app. If it still is not there, send us the receipt and we will sort it by hand.

How do I cancel, and how do I delete my account?

Cancelling happens in the App Store or Play Store, under your subscriptions. The month you have paid for runs to the end.

Deleting the account is in the app: You → Account → Delete account. It takes your profile, photos, videos, listings and contact details with it. Match results stay, with your name removed, because one player cannot delete another player's season. More in the privacy policy.

Somebody is behaving badly

Write to support@smashdrop.com with safety in the subject line, their name, your city and what happened. We read those the same day.

Still stuck?

Send us your number, your city and what you were doing when it went wrong. That is usually enough for us to find it.
